Hooked up on HundredPushups

Like the drop carves the stone, Rob Conery’s tweets about his pushups convinced me to try the HundredPushups program. What is this program about: you do a startup test, with this results you start a training program. After 6 weeks of training 3 times a week you should be able to do 100 consecutive pushups.
