Apple relaxing SDK license agreement: MonoTouch (and Flash?) officially allowed

Do you remember when in April Apple changed the SDK license agreement in order to ban applications not natively written with Apple tools (like MonoTouch and Flash)? The (old) clause was: 3.3.1 — Applications may only use Documented APIs in the manner prescribed by Apple and must not use or call any private APIs.
