First time here? You are looking at the most recent posts. You may also want to check out older archives or the tag cloud. Please leave a comment, ask a question and consider subscribing to the latest posts via RSS. Thank you for visiting! (hide this)

My blog is made up by different types of contents, and not all can be licensed under the same license.

Textual contents

The textual part of this blog is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution License.

This means that you can redistribute the contents, adapt them to fit in some other publications, as long as you:

  • attribute the work to the original author (that's me)

If you think that summary is too short, you can read the full license in Legal Code

Code Snippets inside blog posts

Unless explicitly specified, the code snippets inside the posts are licensed under the same Creative Commons Attribution License as the textual contents.

Pictures

Unless explicitly specified, the pictures shown on the blog are licensed under the same Creative Commons Attribution License as the textual contents.

Pictures whose copyright I don't hold me are copyright by their original author and usually licensed under a Creative Commons License: so, in that case, the copyright is by the original author.

Downloadable Contents

All the content that can be downloaded from my blog as archive file contain a LICENSE.txt file that specify the license under which it is distributed:

generally speaking all downloadable code is licensed under the new BSD license while other content such as presentations, screencasts or demo code are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution License.
